I used RZ for my two joint parking lots at my job site. They were great, on time, and the work was excellent. The neighbors in the area are still complimenting how well our parking lots came out. The paint line, the pitching for the water drains, and the reinstallation of the parking bumpers all came out great. My director of the facility and I could not be more happier of their work.

Communicative and Available. These are two of the most important attributes a contractor can have in today’s world. There’s always a curveball or scheduling conflict, but RZC has remained available and communicative on all the projects they have performed for me. I have never had a surprise and they’ve never dodged my call. They recently made some personnel changes that greatly enhanced their performance, which shows they care.
